Please join us for the 2021 VIVA ILL Community Forum, held virtually on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Jill Hurst-Wahl, professor emerita at the Syracuse University iSchool, will deliver this year's keynote entitled, Copyright & ILL: Change is Inevitable. The Community Forum will also include a presentation and virtual tour of the Library of Congress ILL Department by Joseph Hamilton, Interlibrary Loan Librarian, as well as breakout sessions focusing on sharing special collections, RapidILL implementation, and OCLC's Smart Fulfillment. The ILL System User Group breakout sessions are back and provide attendees with an opportunity to discuss workflows and share best practices.
