Developing Open Education Alliances: Fostering the Growth of Community Online
Please join VIVA and ISKME for a new professional learning series designed to support the development of Open Education leaders on campuses throughout Virginia.
Learning objectives:
- Advance OER leadership and advocacy across Virginia;
- Support leaders in developing an outreach strategy and communication plan for their campus;
- Create outreach communication and stories of impact to inspire their communities to engage with OER.
To benefit most from the series, participants are asked to attend all three sessions. A certificate of completion will be issued to attendees who meet the following requirements:
- Develop an outreach strategy and communication plan for their community;
- Create an outreach resource.
*Note that time will be allocated to work on strategy and outreach resources during the series.
