Collections Forum In-Person / Online

Join us for the 2024 VIVA Collections Forum! It will be a hybrid event with in-person attendance at Virginia Commonwealth University. We highly encourage in-person attendance and will have several networking opportunities for attendees to meet with colleagues and discuss topics of interest. 

This year’s theme is "Data Shaped Collections: Using Data to Discover Collection Insights," with a keynote panel featuring:

  • Michael Hughes, University Director of Collections and Metadata Strategy, City University of New York (CUNY) 
  • Shari Laster, Unit Head & Librarian, Open Stacks, Arizona State University
